Learn About Tech Heroes

Enjoy breakfast with us and learn how the MKBC Tech Heroes leadership giving society is helping power the technology and equipment that keeps blood flowing safely and efficiently throughout our community. What began as a simple idea has grown into one of MKBC’s most impactful philanthropic initiatives. In just a few years, Tech Heroes members have invested nearly $150,000 in critical equipment and technology, helping fund courier vehicles, laboratory centrifuges, specialized testing equipment, safety enhancements, and more.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at how these investments strengthen every part of our operation, hear stories of impact, and discover how a dedicated group of community members is helping ensure a safe and reliable blood supply for years to come. We hope you’ll join us for a morning of good conversation, inspiring stories, and a closer look at the work that happens beyond the donor chair.
