Route 22 to the Schoenersville Road Exit. At traffic light, turn right onto Schoenersville Road. Travel approximately ¼ mile to traffic light at Valley Center Parkway. Turn right, into Lehigh Valley Corporate Center. Remain on Valley Center Parkway to end, and the Blood Center is directly in front of you.

Route I-78 to Cedar Crest Boulevard Exit. Coming from west, turn right on S. Cedar Crest Boulevard; coming from east, turn left on S. Cedar Crest Boulevard. Turn left into professional park directly across from Lehigh Valley Hospital. Building 1255 is directly in front of you, and the Blood Center is on the first floor.
