Our Celebrate Hope program is a community effort to unite some of our transfusion recipients with the individuals whose selfless donation(s) helped save their lives!
If you received a transfusion at Geisinger, Grand View Health, Lehigh Valley Health Network, Reading Hospital/Tower Health, or St. Luke’s University Health Network and wish to meet your blood donors, complete the form. We’ll follow up to make it happen!
